Hi,
My shipment has originated from Hyderabad, India which was supposed to reach Germany within 4 days, however it has crossed more than 6 working days but none of the customer care guys even care about when I called them. The most pathetic and surprising thing is that the shipment which was to be delivered to Germany has gone to US. I'm not sure if the guys working at dispatch are having knowledge about 2 different continents i.e. US and Europe. I'm planning to file a consumer case against FEDEX and see that nobody sends anything through FEDEX.
